M1XEP upgrade problems

I have an older M1XEP that I am having challenges updating.

The current Hardware version is 1.0, Boot version 1.1.4 and Firmware 1.2.12.

Utilizing either ElkRP or the M1XEP Diagnostics Utility for Firmware upgrade states unable to upgrade as boot version too old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your probably going to have to update it in several steps, and maybe use an older version of ElkRP. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Elk provides access to their older versions of XEP firmware on the new site like they did on the old. So you will probably have to contact them.
