M1XSP & PowerLinc hookup

I think I am going to order another 2414S from SH. I would like to tell them to put a specific firmware on it. What version and revision would be safe to ask for? Or should I just go with the latest version and revision that they have? It is certainly possible that my current PLC is bad. The fact that the SALadDownloader won't connect to it has me think that my current PLC is bad.

***SOLVED***
The problem was something rather simple--a bent pin in the RG45 jack on the PLC. I straightend the pin and I am now officially doing HA! Whooo hooooo!
