Mini Outdoor IP Dome?

I've been looking for a good outdoor day/night ip dome that is relatively small and surface mountable plus is has to work in the cold Canadian winters, not asking for much am I?

This is what I have found so far:
Arecont AV1355DN or AV2155DN - I've heard the night time performance on these is subpar??
Mobotix D22-IT-Night - Not day/night and starting to get a bit bigger but is rated for colder.

What else is there out there?

Panasonic WV-NW484. IMHO it's the best IP dome available. Not that small though. Also expensive.

Auto B&W. Auto Backfocus. Good low light sensitivity.

Also if you are looking for a major expenditure they just released information for the Megapixel version, the WV-NW502S. It will be at ISC west. Can't wait to see how much this one costs.

I picked up two WV-NW484 ones already but they are kind of big for the front door so looking for something smaller to go there.

1.3MP @ 30FSP and H.264 I can only imagine what that is going to cost.

Axis makes a nice pair of units. 209FD and 209MFD.
