As requested =) I used larger plate and put the doorbell/ring detector on it as well, had to drill custom holes, but since it's on the plate it's still clean and easy to move around. High-res avaliable, send me a PM.
I read somewhere that the Elk glide mount might not work well for the XEP in an enclosure, because the serial cable interferes with the door. Don't know if it's really true, though.

The Ethernet cable (red) is a little tight. The power (black) and serial (ribbon) connections are no problem at all. I use wire ties to apply some compression to the glides which helps to secure the whole installation.
I found the elk double-sided sticky pads to be quite handy; that's what I used to mount the things that didn't fit on the plates; and even to mount some things to the plates themselves.
