Need DIY Home Automation solution suggestions

I just replaced my aging AMX Phast lighting with Lutron RadioRA 2. I'm now looking for some very basic home automation to layer on top. Here's what i have:
  • Lutron RadioRA 2
  • RadioRA 2 Car visor control
  • Sonos with hard-wired, in-wall speakers
  • Monitored security system with Ademco panel
  • Irrigation system
My goals in a HA system are
  • Lock/unlock keyless deadbolts (most likely Baldwin/Schlage) with car remote, via iPhone, and via web
  • Turn lights on/off with car remote, via iPhone, and via web
  • Arm/Disarm security system remotely (car remote?)
  • Install and manage this system myself

Optionally, I'd like to add more complexity down the road:
  • More control of lighting + sonos for entertaining, etc.
  • Conditional programming of lighting
  • Ability to control irrigation remotely
  • Ability to control HVAC remotely

I'm looking at HomeSeer, CQC, Micasaverde. Frankly, I'm confused by the options.

I don't mind paying a bit more for a better product, I'm OK with having a PC running (although if I didn't have to it would be better), and I enjoy configuring systems. Which way should I head?

Thanks for your suggestions.

hi HogieSea, welcome!

Homeseer and CQC both support RadioRA2 if I am not mistaken, it would be a waste if you wouldn't use a platform which doesn't support your existing light switches (assuming you have the PC interface). While HomeSeer isn't perfect, it does seem to be a good match for your requirements (the client runs on iOS, Android, etc). They just announced a new version of their HomeTroller hardware (a small XP Embedded based HomeSeer system), which is now even smaller:

Here is a quick review I did about the model currently available (new unit will start shipping sometime this month):
