Need professional help, list of authorized dealers?

I had an HAI OPII installed in 2009.  Recently one of two consoles has random beeps throughout the day.  They usually are 4-5 beeps and the console asks for a button # or unit #.  I searched this forum and found others with the same problem but no concrete solution.
 
As you can imagine the beeping is pretty annoying especially in middle of night (fortunately the console that beeps is at the front entrance not the master bedroom!)
 
I called the company that installed the system but doesn't appear that they have real HAI expertise (the guy who installed it is no longer with them).  It's been a week and they haven't gotten back to me.  So I'm looking for some list of authorized dealers in my area who I may be able to hire to come troubleshoot.  I'm also interested in the newer technologies since 2009 (like zigbee, zwave etc...).  I'm in Margate City NJ (08402).  Thanks in advance.

You can also contact Leviton directly for help. Many times they will have insight into a problem that installers don't.

Keep in mind this goes right to the engineers at HAI/leviton, so make your letter short and to the point.  Ask if they have seen such a problem and what they suggest.
