Need Surveillance system to prove my dogs don't bark

Just for the sake of the thread, I figure I'll add this in too... I had a neighbor who really did have a nuisance dog - yelped constantly outside the house - drove me absolutely nuts because I could hear that dog all day/night from my home office, my family room and bedroom which all faced her house.  I finally bought a Bark Smart Deluxe from Smarthome (discontinued now but I'm sure something similar can be obtained)... it had a 50' or so power cord - and I put it on the fence facing her house.  The first couple days it actually seemed to irritate the dog and make it bark more, but after a week or two we realized the barking was gone!  The dog finally figured out the pattern and just stopped barking completely.

I also purchased a Bark Smart Deluxe and similar device. While they made a short term impact, long term they didn't stop a German Shepherd and Rottweiller mix from barking. Of course, that was also somewhat aided by the vindictive woman living next door at the time that didn't like me for some reason. I'm not sure what came first, her being mad at me or my utter frustration from her dogs barking...oh, who am I kidding, I was pissed about her letting those dogs bark with her outside and not giving a damn. So in the case of a passive situation like Work2Play describes, the bark devices might work but not necessarily with big dogs or where humans interfere with the dynamic.
