New ELK M1 System. Sensor recommendations???

I'm putting together a security/automation system based on the Elk M1 Gold. I haven't been active in the home security business for a while, so I'm not familiar with what's available in the way of motion detectors and glass breaks. I used to use C&K (now Honeywell) DT7400 series and they worked great (dual tech).

What are some recommendations for glass break sensors that are least prone to falsing?

I used DSC for my setup. Specifically I used a motion/glassbreak combo, model BV500GB - DSC Ceiling Mount Infrared W/Glass Break. I haven't tested the glass break yet but the motion works perfectly and it's 360 degrees. If you want to know where I bought it feel free to PM me

I also have alot of the BV500GBs. They seem to work well but the GB portion has falsed several times in my sons room if the TV or his playstation comes on really loud. I also use some of the Sentrol 5820As.

I use the GE ShatterPro 3. Never had any false alarms and even triggers when my wife breaks a glass or dish several rooms away. How it heard it that far away I do not know. I wouldn't ever use anything else.

Thanks for all the replies. Looks like Sentrol/GE is a favorite (I almost forgot GE owns Sentrol).

On the subject of breaking glass (windows), any tricks to trapping a double hung window? We used to use trapped screens where I used to work, but they're way beyond my budget. I suppose I could install a contact a the top and one at the bottom, but it would be a pain to fish wires to both.
