New home automation software: HomeZix

Looks like there is a new player in the home automation software field: HomeZix. It seems to support X-10, Z-wave and Insteon (no mention of UPB tho). It does seem to have a very interesting user interface, using floorplans:

It also seems to have an interesting scripting engine, with support for C#:
