As many of you are aware, I am wrapping up my wire prep - walls are being closed up this week.
Many of been very helpful, and its time for me to show my rookie knowledge again...
We are installing a ClimateMaster Geo system - the system uses there newer two way protocol (DXM2) - http://www.climatemaster.com/downloads/97B0003N15.pdf
I am not using the ClimateMaster communicating thermostats - I am using RC2000 as I have an OmniPro II panel.
I was reading the linked document last evening and wondered how I could "connect" my OmniPro II to this panel and "replace" the missing features by not using the ClimateMaster thermos.
I saw there was an alarm relay?
While I am showing my cards at being a rookie, I have another question I will sneak into this post....
I have a split Geo system with an air handler upstairs in the attic - the drip pan includes a water sensor. That system has a normally open wire to connect to a panel.
I am confused about connecting this as its one wire vs two like my other sensors???????
