OmniStat Dewpoint/Condensation control?

Hi,

Does anyone know if Omnistat RC2000 takes into account outside temperature to control humidity and avoid condensation on windows in the winter? Ie. When the outside temperature really drops, will the omnistat lower or prevent humidification to prevent condensation or ice on the windows? Or does this have to be done via automation? If via automation, anyone have any working tips?
