Omnitouch 5.7 Update results in System Error Update Error

Hi all,
 
I am attempting to update my four 5.7s to the latest firmware (3.0.0.13) from their current state (3.0.0.6).  I have successfully updated them before, but am having zero success this time around.
 
I have read the previous topics and solutions and I'm still coming up empty.  I have a 2GB USB that I have tried formatting 3 different ways (FAT-16, FAT-32, and FAT/MS-DOS from OS X).  After still getting the "System Error Update Error) message, I tried removing one of the screens from the POE, waiting 2 minutes, then re-attempting, with the same error.
 
I tried all this on two different screens, all with the same error.
 
If it matters, I am running an Omni Pro II with 3.11D installed.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am soooooooo dumb.  I was tempted to delete the post to hide my embarassment, but figured someone else might learn from my mistake.
 
I was using the OmniTouch 5.7e files, whereas I have OmniTouch 5.7 screens.  The current firmware for the 5.7 is 3.0.0.6.  Sorry everyone!
