Hi guys,

New to this 1-wire stuff but into electronics so will just need to get head around programming. Temp measurment is no issue, but I would like to know if anyone has built an A-D capable of reading pH. I am keen to monitor a water system and pH is one of the key parameters. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

A

I have heard of some people building a 1-Wire pH sensor but I don't remember where. You could probably find it with a quick Google search.

Acording to a 1-wire wizzard on a koi forum here in the netherlands you would need these parts to build a 1-wire PH sensor

pH-Sensor 7120B Vernier
http://www.vernier.com/accessories/access....late=basic.html

electrode amplifier pH, Redox, mV
http://www.vernier.com/probes/ea-bta.html

and the A/D converter from hobbyboards

The pin outs for the vernier parts are here: http://www.vernier.com/probes/specs/pinout.html
hope this is usefull info
