Well I saw this, and did a little reading up before I purchased. it seems this technology is not new, its just new to residential applications. Anyway, I bought one and Ill let you know how it goes.

Unfortunately, unless your power company uses power factor in computing your residential bill, I predict you will not save a dime. But you will make your power company happy.

Called them this morning. Told them that the DOE doesnt support their claims. He said no problem, and that they would refund my money. I then called Fedex, and intercepted the package, and told them to return to sender, thay also said no problem. Could it really be this easy?
