Premise Premise and IR

Is anyone using GC-100's for IR control? I haven't had to do one in a while..the new iLearn seems to work - I capture what I assume to be the right commands, but have not been able to control the devices. I believe saving it in HEX is the right format, but still not having any luck. Did GlobalCache stop supporting CCF formats?

1. I think there are several types of pronto files and only one type will work (it's the older type).
2. Are you using a GC-100 or one of the new iTach devices? iTach devices may require a firmware update to work properly with Premise.
3. I use the GC-IRE to learn all of my codes directly into Premise along with a Xantch IR receiver and Xantech block. This type of setup works well for me, but you have to choose a Xantech receiver that filters things if you use an LCD TV with fluorescent backlight or have sunlight or other forms of interference...

GC-100 problem.

(I had set the GC-100 IR/Sensor #2 to sensor instead of IR Out - a carry over from the previous house)

Problem solved. User error.
