Question about install code M1Gold

I cant figure out how to access menu 9 install settings.  It asks for a code and I type it in and it goes back to showing option 9 then asks for the code again.  This code is the RP Access Code correct?

To access menu 9, you need the installer code.  The default installer code can be found on page 14 of the M1 manual.
 
The RP access code is different from the installer code, and is used only to authenticate a RP session from a PC.
