Ramline Tablet PC

Has anyone used the Ramline tabletpc's they have for sale on Ebay or are they too underpowered?

I'm looking for something that can run IE 6 to view a mControl screen.

Don't most of the "tablet PCs" require the use of a stylus as well. In other words, you generally can't use your finger on the screen like most of the touch screens, so you'll have to keep track of the stylus as well.

If you look through that ebay description (tough to do, the information is kind of scattered), it says that it accepts fingertip input.

I like the price, but I've got no experience with that particular piece of hardware. Anyone else?
