I have a 100 year old house with the original double hung windows with sash weights. Is it possible to install recessed sensors (like the ION Micra) in these windows without fouling up the sash weights?
The sash weights are in the sides of the window. A recessed transmitter or contact would be installed in the sill or header...nowhere near the weights. The only issue is depth (usually not a huge deal for a Micra)
