Recommendation for monitoring service in Seattle

Any suggestion for a monitoring service that is licensed for Seattle (required by the city for police or fire to be dispatched) and works with the elk M1?

I tried companies like alarm relay but they can't call dispatch so no better then the notification from my elk directly to me.

Interesting.
I have AlarmRelay (Watchlight) up in Monroe and they call dispatch.
Might be a King County thing.

I think this is a Seattle only thing and it is due to cost:

That is interesting, I live in Seattle and use next alarm, they call the police when my alarm goes off, but always get a hold of me before the cops come, so they call the police and cancel. Maybe they are just calling in on a normal police line and no dispatch, if there is a diff.
