Replace OmniPro2 with Elk?

From those who have made this transition recently, would you have any advice or warnings? Any unexpected loss/gain of functionality?

I just did this.  The only thing that I don't like is the emailing capability of the Elk system.  Other than that its just fine.  You will probably want to get the databus retrofit kit as I assume all your keypads are homerun'd
 
I use m1 cloud for remote access.
