rule to trigger on CO zone trouble?

I have CO detectors (zone definition 17) with trouble relays which open the line to take the EOL resistor off the alarm contacts.
This properly triggers a trouble condition on my keypads.
But I want to write a rule to send an email when this happens.
In "Miscellaneous system", I see a "troubles" menu, and it has options for fire, burglar, and various other trouble conditions, but I don't see anything for a CO detector.
Am I missing something? Or do CO detector troubles get grouped in with some other type of trouble signal?

Since you didn't mention a panel, I'm going with Elk based on the ZT.

I don't see a specific ZT rule action for a CO zone trouble, so you're probably going to need to write this as
"whenever zone X not secure (open loop- be sure you go to advanced options and not just open or shorted...you need the EOLR to also be actionable).

I don't believe the M1 will see a fire trouble (next closest ZT) and action the way I believe you're looking for.
