How to I get the new user interface on the Snap-Link software? I did check for updates and it did download/install them but I don't see the new UI anywhere...

Snap-Link has not been updated recently. There are plans to update Snap-Link and Snap-Link Mobile but no official date has been released.

Re: Snaplink mobile, I requested the ALL OFF command to be corrected since it issues ALL ON instead. In addition, there is no option to access MESSAGES. Also, it is not user friendly when TEMPERATURE separates the current temp from LOW & HIGH settings by one more additional click. It has been at almost a month after my request and at least a status of what is being worked upon would be nice.
