some minor issue on latest firmware 4.5.20

I was at 4.4.6 for few years. Last week, I upgraded my bootware and firmware to 4.5.20. My family noticed that voice is kinda slow. Even my 8 year old boy was able to tell something was different. I also noticed it too. When I was at 4.4.6, M1 would say the voice string/description at normal speed just like how we talk. On 4.5.20, there is a 2 second wait.

This is what I meant.

On 4.4.6, M1 would say it like this.
Laundry door has been unlocked.

On 4.5.20, it would say it this way
Laundry door ...(2 secs wait) has been (2 secs wait) unlocked.

And it always happen and not intermittent.

Did I miss any configuration?

My system has occasional pausing or "stuttering" but it is rare and intermittent. I have always assumed that some higher-priority process temporarly interrupted the speech and not worried about it. But there has not been a consistent pattern.

Do you have other rules associated with the same event(s) that might cause some processor loading or other resource consumption?
