TED5000 interfered with my insteon

Well, i installed ted 5000 on its own circuit. I tested for about 1 month and it crippled the reliability of my insteon lighting. I flipped off the circuit for ted and voila, insteon back to 100%. Is there anyway to isolate the two?

I tried a TED, and it took down my X-10 system. Everytime the TED transmitted data (about once/second), my X-10 system would log an X-10 error.
I'm looking to use a Brultech device, since they can communicate over IP, rather than the powerline.

The people who make TED are operating in their own little world. Creating a a product that communicates in this way is, in my opinion, irresponsible. These PLC frequencies were in use long before their product arrived. the device could have been designed to coexist with existing PLC type units.

It can be isolated by using x10 type filters so that their sending unit and the TED receiver are the only thing on the new circuit you create:

The issue becomes how much time and money should be needed to get this thing to work...

The Brutech is another route but that Ethernet connection is via a wireless zigby interface, another potential problem. For some reason there seems to be a shortage of direct network interfaces on these devices.
