Haiku Thermostat Not Showing Up In Haiku

I can see the HAI Omnistat 2 thromostat through PC Access and can send commands through PC Access to change the temperature, etc.

When I open Haiku, the thermostat area (on the main screen and under Climate) is blank. Did I miss a step in the setup process?

Make sure the thermostat has a name set in PC Access and that the name is uploaded to the controller. Then go to the About tab and select Clear Cache from the top right action button.
