Thermostats - HVAC control

I'm looking for a stand-along coordinated thermostat system that can also be interfaced into a home automation system. The project is for a house with 5 different zones, so thermostats will be placed in a variety of locations. I want to be able to from a central location press a button that puts the house in an occupied or unoccupied mode. I also want the ability to access the thermostats remotely, via a web browser. Finally, I would like to be able to interface the whole thing to a home automation system (say an ELK, or maybe even a home-designed system) via standard protocols (TCP/IP is best, RS232 is OK).

I've looked and looked and looked and all systems seem to be flawed. For example, the AprilAir system cannot both be controlled by their automation unit (that coordinates all the thermostats together) and a home automation system - it is one or the other.

High-end systems from Siemens (building automation systems) can probably do what I am looking for, but they are expensive and overkill.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.

HomeVisionPro with RCS stats would get the job done. It supports 16 stats. My house only has a single zone but it has worked flawlessly for about 8 months.
