This is an HDMI Balun over Cat 5 that can have a maximum distance of 150'. Does that help with the flexibility?

I like the fact that when you click "buy" it gives you links to all the different online retailers. So it looks like Avovercat5 is a place that lists a manufactures product line and then provides links on where to find it.
Currently I'm using Component and will be picking up the componenet balun. Later, when I need HDMI (when I purchase a new set that uses this), I can reuse my existing structured cabling.
Pretty flexible as my longest run of Cat 5 is less than 150', so I'll be able to use the HDMI in the future as well.
