turning off armed, ready lights on keypads

I have an m1kp Elk Keypad that is visible from outside of our basement. Unfortunately, I did not have a lot of options for installing due to size of room.
 
Is there anyway of disabling the ready/armed lights to prevent someone from seeing that system is not armed (if someone forgot to arm system for example)? I remember seeing something about that but could not locate it.

I remember that you can dim the keyboard lights but if I was in your situation I might put tape over the green ready light. You will still be able to see the red armed light to be able to know the status.
