I've just installed my sixth SA US11-40 device and cannot add it to my Upstart network.
I tap 5 times to put it in setup mode (the green light blinks) and try to add but upstart does not find it. I've attempted to reset the device by tapping 10 times but no luck. I've also moved it to another location in my house.
The US11-40 functions correctly; I can turn the connected lights on and off as well as dim them.
Is there some other reset or something else I can do to add it to my upstart network.
