I've got a setup with some dimmers, room controllers, and some relay switches. Everything works with the HAI stuff, but I bought an additional Pulseworx PIM to do some UPB programming with UPStart. The only thing is, I can't seem to communicate with any of the relay switches. UPStart's auto detection finds 2 relay switches with "bad comm" and not the other 8 switches. I even tried putting them into setup mode and it still can't find them. All the dimmers and room controllers are fine.
I'm using HAI's G2 relay switches and a brand new Pulseworx PIM with the latest UPStart.
Any ideas?
