UPstart switches are missing!

using upstart to create scenes and led settings with my OP2 new build, have added all my switches to OP via keypad recently, now all my switches are black square "missing" in UPstart when i'm wanting to make changes and clearly not communicating.
 
hopefully some one can offer some insight into what has happened and how to fix it.

Have you added each switch to Upstart by putting it into setup mode and entering each in the Upstart software?

Yes, before the OP2 was installed and the switches paired with it I had them all setup through UPstart. They were functioning exactly as expected, after OP2 they're all missing status in UPstart,

I had the same thing happen here recently. It turned out that I had added a battery charging device for a TV remote control to the same outlet that I plugged the CIM onto. The battery charger must have been making interference on the AC line because moving the CIM to an outlet in a different room made all but one switch re-appear in Upstart.
 
Have you added any electrical devices anywhere in the house since installing the UPB switches?

Yes probably more than 1 that could be an issue but Ive tried on other circuits/plugs and get the same results. Ill try shutting off the electronics and see what happens.

You can narrow your search by turning off one circuit breaker at a time.
