US240 dead? - Is there a reset?

I have an SA US240 in a pedestal box and it died. It was working fine and I unplugged it to move it and when I plugged it back in, nothing. I did drop it about a foot or so onto the carpet after I unplugged it, but I hope it's not that sensitive.

It won't come on at all, no LED, no commands. I opened it up and it looked like maybe the "disable" contacts might not fully be touching, but I pushed a toothpick in there to wedge them together, but it didn't help. I looked for a reset button/hole, but couldn't find one. I know that regular installations say not to install them with the power on, but I hope it's not dangerous to unplug the units and plug them into a live plug given that this is an SA produced enclosure and not something that was hacked together.

Any thoughts?

What version is the firmware? Is it 1.10? I ask because I believe there was a single run of switches that had substandard diodes in it around the time of 1.10 release. How old is it - SAI is usually pretty good with warranty exchanges.

It's a few years old. I can't remember how long I've had it.

Is the firmware printed on it somewhere?
Maybe it still shows in my UPStart configuration info. Obviously, I can't communicate with it to get the info.

Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that's what I was referring to in the part about using the toothpick to wedge the contacts. When you pull out the tab, it prises the contacts apart. I inserted a toothpick to try to apply more pressure to make sure the contacts were touching since it looked like they might not be in good contact.

Any chance the plastic tab for the LED got pulled out? That is a mechanical switch to shut the whole thing off.
