Weatherproof Cat6 Ethernet cable?

I will be running Cat6 Ethernet cable to my Panasonic BB-HCM331A network camera. How do you weatherproof Cat6 cable? Is there some covering you can put the cable in? I will need to run Cat6 cable and the DC power cable to the camera.

I would recommend running the cable in EMT (Electrical Metal Tubing), not only to protect the cable from the elements but from bad guys.
