Where to order electronics components in Canada?

Hi,
I'm looking to order some high wattage resistors that my favorite local electronics surplus store doesn't have in stock and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good place. I thought of Digikey, but their shipping is ridiculous. There is no way that I am paying $20 shipping (more than for the actual items) for a few resistors.

Anyone here have any favorites? Thanks.

Thanks. Twelve bucks for shipping, brokerage, duties and taxes on shipments under 50 lbs isn't so bad.

I took a look at Active123 and the selection seemed to be very limited. I was only looking for some 4 Ohm, 25 or 50 watt resistors and they were no where to be found.

I placed an order with Newark and was a little bit pissed off when I just received an email stating that the charge would include an additional $7 for tax. At the time I placed the order, the invoice led me to believe I would be paying $38, plus I assumed that I would have to pay the shipping fee (which would also cover all other related charges). I understood that to be an additional $12.
Now, 3 days later, they have just invoiced me again with a bill for $57 out of the blue. Not too happy with the way they handle their fees. It was not clear at all and you basically only know the amount when they tell you how much they just billed your credit card.
