hello to all! New to Haiku Helper and was wondering if anyone had done a windows desktop widget using the javascript API for basic favorites or button control? I have got the API docs and will tackle this as a side project, but figured i woudl ask before jumping in. If anyone has and woudl be willing to share a starting point, it woudl be much appreciated. Thanks!

Andy

Should be easy to do as long as you are familiar with creating windows widgets. Just what we want to see people do with HH.

PLease explain: I can control it forma windows machine once it's installed and running on a Mac on the same network? Am I right?

I know I posted this in another thread, but I can't help myself :)

Is there any way to control my OPII through Haiku via a Kindle Fire? (Or even without Haiku... I like Haiku, but what I really want right now is a Kindle Fire connection :) )

Well as long as the browser on the devie is modern it should work. You will need experience in web technologies to design the interface though. We've done no testing with the Kindle, sorry.

Update: It looks like the Kindle Fire uses Android and has Firefox available? If so, then you should be able to use the existing interface! Opera or some of the other browsers might work too.
