Writing to controller from PC access on OP2

We have PC access set up but I am unable to see the specific zone descriptions on the console. I only see them on PC. For example, a zone that I have described as front door on PC access setup still just says zone 1 on the console.

You need to connect to the controller, then write the settings.  Also, only the first line of the description in PCAccess gets loaded to the panel.  There's a short description and a long description for each zone/unit/etc.  The long description shows in the automation programming area and the short description gets loaded to the panel.

Thanks Jon! I just figured that out as well. Do you know if the fancier consoles can show longer zone descriptions? This house has like 150 zones and two buildings. I'm just trying to picture someone who isn't super familiar with everything trying to arm the system w the limited zone descriptions showing some obscure window open that can't be described with 15 characters.

We use a lot of Omni's here. Descriptions don't get longer unfortunately.
