Hello Cocooners, I think I am caught between Speakercraft and HAI Tech Support, I can not get the SNAP link or PC Access3 Commands to work. I have 40 ft cat 5 terminated on RJ11 straight through from Omni Pro II to RSA 1.0 with serial to DB9 (21A05-1) at MZC. Out of RSA 1.0 on Port to Port on MZC. RSA 1.0 has MZC controller firmware loaded and the appropriate serial is programmed to Speakercraft on Omni Pro II.
Any thoughts or ideas on why it is not working would be greatly appreciated.
