220v current equipments

Hello Fellas,
Sorry for such a newbie quesion. I had been checking the forums for a while now, and I still couldn't find any good system for my home in Asia (vietnam - 220 volt). RadioRA, ZWave, UPB, as I read, they are all good systems, but none of them supports 220. All I need are: dimmers, door keys, shade roller, security cameras.

I know it is out there.... Automaed outled has upb at 230vac. door locks will be low voltage ac or dc. but typically 24 vac, so you may need a transformer to step it down.
