Alarm Hardware Recommendations

Hi guys,

Need your best alarm hardware hats on...

Need product recommendations to go with the HAI Omnipro2...

Like most, dont want to pay a ridiculous amount...+ a couple of points to note...
(1) building a house so wired is probably better than wireless
(2) must integrate with HAI
(3) Less obtrusive (e.g. small)

Door Contacts (10)
Window Contacts (12)
Carbon Monoxide Sensors (1)
Motion Detectors (12)
Smoke Alarms (4)
IP Cameras (6) - Indoor and Out
Garage Door Sensors..(2)

Consider

1) water detectors
2) control wires for garage door opener
3) control wires for whole house powered water valve
4) wires for possible laundry detection (end of cycle)
5) water softener salt level detection

You don't need to actually install these things, but if you pull wire, you can always add it later.
