Automation Studio and 5.7e Firmware

The instructions for upgrading firmware in the 5.7e via USB are pretty clear. However, the instructions also state that the firmware can be uploaded via Automation Studio. Unless this is done automatically by the software when uploading projects, I haven't found a way to do this yet. Any suggestions?

It's done automatically anytime you download to the 5.7e with Automation Studio.
