Backup and Restore

Does anyone know of a way to backup and restore all the settings on a WC32 board.  I have looked all over and could not find anything.  It is mentioned in the firmware upgrade instruction, but cant find a way to do it.

There was a person who wrote an utility on this forum that can backup configuration, he posted a download link before.

Not very hi tech but I just take screen shots of the pages. The most important for me is the temperature  ROM code page as if you swap or reset the controller  it can be hard to correctly map the correct sensor.
