board hanging up

Does anyone else have this problem,
 
my board version v03.02.15  is hanging up,all lights on board are on but can not conect to board. Some times it resets by it's self other times i have to cycle power. It runs my hottub and has been working for mouths this just started 2 weeks ago.

Is the green LED still blinking?  Sounds like your board does not even have heartbeat blinking. Would you like to send the board back to us, so that we can check it for you?

yes the green led is blinking, I will try another board i have 4 of them

Once you replaced it, please send it to us. We want to check it out for you to see what can cause this problem. Although it is rare problem, we want to find out why.  Will repair or replace it for you.
