Ceiling Mounted PIR

I would like to get some ceiling mounted PIRs for HA purposes. Has anyone used any of the following sensors, or have a recommendation for a ceiling mounted one that would work well?

I would assume that a dual technology sensor would work the best. I am looking for one that is more of a occupancy sensor, and will know a person is in a room, even if they are not moving for an extended period (for example, someone using the restroom).

Why not use an occupancy sensor then? One like the one listed below that has motion and sound (microphonics).

I was looking for more a typical contact-type sensor that I could hook up to an Elk zone. That one looks like it is used in commerical lighting systems. Am I wrong?
