Combination touchpad, intercom and phone

I know there are some combo intercom/touchpads like HAI Touchpad 5.7e but has anyone included a wireless handset and video camera with them for an all in one communication device? It would seem to make sense as an intercom and phone are very similar except one communicates in the house and one out of the house. If you combined them all, you could put it in a bedroom and have all your communication, and HA all in one nice compact unit.
I hoping someone already makes one so I don't have to put in separate phone, HA touchpad, and video intercom in each room. Any guidance from the experts would be appreciated. I'm just a noob.

I can't think of anything readily DIY friendly. First 2 things I think of are AMX and Crestron.
