Thanks for the tip! I was seriously considering the watch, but I can't imagine sleeping with such a big watch on my wrist. the wrist band makes a lot more sense B)

If you've read any reviews on the Sleep Tracker watch you'll notice that the biggest problem is sleeping through the alarm. I would imagine that the one you posted can get VERY loud if you want it to.

OK, this is a bit of a grandiose idea, but if someone that was very good with electronics and programming them could create a headband with these wireless EEG devices comfortably seated inside, they could monitor their sleep cycles.

By doing that, you could graph your sleep cycle and not only wake up at the perfect time, but send yourself visual/audio cues while you are dreaming to induce a lucid dream state. Fun stuff, that lucid dreaming.
