If installing a new M1, the latest software defaults to the new Day Light Savings time of the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, but if you have an existing installation you will have to manually change the Day Light Savings start and end times in the Globals Settings using ELKRP.
I had forgot to manually change the start and end time and my M1 was off by an hour this morning.
Defaulting the M1 and reading the defaulted settings into ELKRP will have the new Day Light Savings time, but you probably do not want to default an existing control installation.
