Easiest way to migrate ELK Wireless devices?

I currently have one of the old wireless adpaters for GE Crystal Transmitters and have bought one of the new M1XRF receivers/expanders. Is there any easy way to move over all my existing wireless sensors?

I think you have to delete them and reprogram them.

I'll give that a try. Now I just need to find a weekend to do it. Too much stuff going on...
