eKeypad M1 gives me the boot

I'm a little reluctant to delete it and re-download it since my config file is not as up to date as I'd like...  Any way to delete it but save the current configuration if I can't access the app?
Not sure what you mean here about your config file not being up to date - meaning you have a backup that's old?  If you're having crashing issues the best thing you can do is to start over and stop using the old config file.  We're not talking about a lot here - just re-add your panel then recreate your favorites.   Again - a clean start is your best shot for eliminating these issues once and for all and it realistically will likely only take you about 15 minutes to get it all put back together.

Yes you can export the setting and import them into the new app later. It is under More:Config:Configuration Backups

Mike.
If the app won't open, then there's no way to get to this screen.

I don't think that his app is completely unusable. I understood that it just drops occasionally.

I have had trouble with a first generation Ipad dropping apps like Buzzed is seeing with eKeypad and removing some apps and data from the device helped. I think that maybe IOS has problems when it is running short on resources.

Buzzed - what version of IOS are you running and have you tried cleaning up the device a little by removing unused apps, photos and videos?

Mike.

Thanks, guys.

W2P is correct...I can't even get to the configuration (or any other screen).  The app icon never goes anywhere and kicks me out to the iPhone home page each time and every time.  Restarting the iphone did not change it at all.

As suggested, I am going to uninstall the app, re-downloand it, and re-configure it.  I know it won't take a long time but I was finally happy with my configuration and favorites, etc.  Plus, the configuration I use remotely (when not at the residence and thus has different network addresses for my cameras and ELK) takes about an hour to re-sync with ELK over the cellular network each time and that's a bit of a PIA.
