Elk Alarms Service provider

I use NextAlarm, which works, but their support and service is very lacking, especially lately. They were more responsive in the past, even though their support of Elk "troubles" and "restores" was busted as many of us have encountered. I think NextAlarm broke something regarding SMS message notification around 09/16/2013. They have yet to even give me the courtesy of an email relay to my emails of 09/22 and 10/13.
AlarmRelay looked interesting, but my understanding is that they administer everything and they do not let you do anything yourself over a web interface. That is one thing I do like about NextAlarm in that I do all my own setup and configuration of users & zones & notifications.
