Hi, I got a new iPhone today. As soon as I got home, I tried to access my Axis video server....Partial success, Got video, But just snap shots. Had to keep clicking reload to update(for now that is fine, Better that nothing). I tried to access my M1, No luck. I am not sure what software I need to download into the iPhone to make it work....Any suggestions?? I do have an M1XSP connected and am able to connect via RM over my network. I have not yet tried to connect from a remote computer.
Thanks All... :D

Ok, I was a little quick about the Axis. Just tried it again.......It is live video, About a 2-3 sec. lag time.

No Java, no access to m1 without some kind of hack or using vnc. I never realized how much java was used till I bought an iPhone.

My iPhone comes in Wednesday, but I've had an iPod touch for a while now... I've been tinkering with trying to make an M1 remote that works just like Elk RM in my spare time - problem is, I don't have much spare time.. I bought a Macbook Pro just for the purpose of learning iPhone Development, so hopefully I can make some progress... but it'll probably take another month or two before I really get rolling with anything talking to the system.

In the mean time, if anyone finds a cool workaround, I'd be interested.

If progress goes too slow, I may make a windows service that delivers an iPhone-specific web app that I can load on a PC in the house or even the Windows Home Server, but I'd rather keep my system 100% not-dependant on any PC's (ironic, since I have a WHS, 3 always on desktops, and at least 3 laptops strewn around the house at any given time).

When I start making some notable progress, I'll update everyone.

yes, the workaround right now is to download the free vnc app from the app store and vnc to a windows box running elkrm
